The Fence My Father Built contains a similar theme of father-daughter relationships, and both Abigail and my character Muri must confront their feelings about being abandoned. Ariel and I may be the last of the Abingdon initial line, but we hope to join our fellow Abingdons in making waves in the women’s fiction category.
