Only a few more days until my first novel, The Fence My Father Built hits the shelves. I’m as excited as I can be. This baby has been a long time in the making, and I cannot wait until it’s actually here. Writing Tip for Today: Preorder campaigns help publishers know how many books to print. If a book has a fairly short first printing, a publisher may decide to order a second printing based on preorder numbers. The more folks you can convince to order your book before its official release date, the more likely your book will need additional print runs.
