TGIF

Less than one week into the epihany, I already missed a day. From now on it will have to be a new post when I can get it done. And don’t forget–it’s Friday again. How about looking up ten new markets or agents to query? As with agents, I make an “A” and “B” list–sometimes by circulation (higher readerships usually translates into more pay), sometimes by the slant on the article or essay.
Writing Tip for Today: If you have a handy list of markets/agents, when one rejects you, go directly to the next one on the list. You may have to alter the writing a tad for a new market, but having another option ready sure beats agonizing over why the piece was rejected.
